"The tissues themselves are great quality and I like them. However I dislike the cardboard boxes they come in, the corners and rigid structure make it uncomfortable to keep them in my pocket, and after having them long enough in my pocket the boxes collapses flat anyway. I prefer the soft plastic of normal tissues, so feel a more paper like box/sleeve would solve this issue."

"The box of tissues is great. The small carry out boxes are good but when you said you were going to package them sustainably I thought you would used potato starch or similar so they would be water resistant and therefore more practical."

- I have received my packs of pocket tissues wrapped in quite thick plastic. Why is that? I thought your packaging was sustainable. thanks
- Hey Bev! Thanks for your question and I am sorry to hear that! All of our tissues are wrapped in card now! We did used to have our pocket tissues wrapped in plastic in the past but this product is now discontinued from our own sites however, some external retailers may still have the plastic wrapped version. If you ordered these through our site and they came wrapped in plastic please do get in touch with our customer services team so they can investigate!
