About Cheeky Panda
Cheeky Panda is on a mission to become the UK’s leading alternative
fibre household paper brand.
We make high-quality, family-friendly, great-value bamboo tissue products that help families make better choices without compromising on quality or affordability.
Available in major retailers including Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, Ocado and Amazon, we are scaling rapidly and have ambitious plans to become the UK’s most popular alternative fibre challenger brand.
As we grow towards our mission of saving 1 million trees, we are looking for exceptional future commercial leaders to join our team.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional account management role.
We are looking for a commercially minded, ambitious individual who wants to learn how successful consumer brands grow.
You may be a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer success, hospitality, events, fundraising or another customer-facing commercial role.
What matters most is your attitude, commercial curiosity, ability to build relationships and desire to make things happen.
You’ll work directly with senior leaders, major retailers and cross-functional teams, learning first-hand how to grow a consumer brand through retail distribution, brand building and commercial execution.
This role is designed to develop into a National Account Manager position as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Support Retail & Commercial Growth
- Support the management of key
retail and commercial accounts. - Build strong day-to-day
relationships with customers and partners. - Prepare customer presentations,
proposals and commercial reviews. - Support retailer meetings and
ensure actions are followed through. - Help identify opportunities to
increase sales and distribution.
Drive Physical Availability
- Support initiatives to make Cheeky Panda easier to buy wherever families shop.
- Identify opportunities to
increase listings, facings and distribution. - Monitor stock availability and support retailer execution.
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure excellent service levels.
Commercial Analysis
- Analyse sales data and identify
trends and growth opportunities. - Produce customer and category
performance reports. - Support forecasting, planning
and promotional analysis. - Use data and insight to make
recommendations.
Build Relationships & Open Opportunities
- Represent Cheeky Panda
professionally with customers, partners and industry contacts. - Attend trade shows, networking
events and customer meetings. - Build relationships that create
future commercial opportunities. - Learn how leading FMCG brands
win with retailers and consumers.
Support Brand Growth
- Work closely with marketing
teams to support product launches and campaigns. - Learn how brand building and
retail execution work together to drive growth. - Develop a broad understanding
of how successful challenger brands scale.

Experience & Qualifications
You might have
- Degree in Business, Economics,
Marketing, Sustainability, Finance, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline. - 1–3 years of experience in
sales, business development, account management or another commercial role.
Most importantly
FMCG experience is preferred.
