Our 2022 Impact Report is Live!

We are thrilled to let you know that Colin has been working hard behind the scenes to prepare our 2022 Impact Report! This is where we let you know all the amazing things we accomplished over the past year, and the areas that we still need to improve on.

Here we share our progress, achievements, and future goals! From our B Corp recertification to our carbon balancing initiatives and how we support our local community, it can all be found in this report.

If you don’t have time to read the whole thing (don’t worry, we won’t judge you), here are some of the key highlights we think you should know about:

Our B Corp Recertification

In 2022 we recertified as a B Corp business; this is a big deal, and we are thrilled to have achieved B Corp status for another 3 years. Our key success areas included our brilliant customer service, commitment to the environment and charitable initiatives.

Sustainable Development Goals

This year we identified 4 key Sustainable Development Goals that resonate with us as a business! These include:

• Goal 12 Responsible Consumption and Production
• Goal 13 Climate Action
• Goal 14 Life Below Water
• Goal 15 Life on Land

In the report we detail how we currently support these goals, and how we plan to build on these in the future.

Carbon Balancing

Last year we balanced over 4,000 tonnes of unavoidable carbon with The World Land Trust. They are an incredible international conservation charity that protects the world’s most threatened habitats. Our offset donations go towards conservation work in the Khe Nuoc Trong, protecting lowland rainforests in Central Vietnam.

Our report details some of the amazing things we achieved over the past year, but we know we still have improvements to make! Moving forwards, we pledge to continuously track and record our carbon footprint through third party verification. We are working towards meaningful carbon reduction targets through innovation and accountability. We hope to change our industry for the better and encourage others to join us on this journey towards a most sustainable and carbon conscious world.
