At The Cheeky Panda, we're not just a brand; we're a movement, championing the significance of every Pawprint – from the environment to our supply chain workers, to the well-being of our fantastic team and cherished customers. During Earth Day, we focus on all the good we do for our Environment, but our impact doesn't just end there, that's why we've highlighted everything that matters to us, and why this matters on Earth Day and every day.

The Environment Matters:

We're on a mission for Mother Earth! Using bamboo for our products, we know it's a rockstar at sequestering carbon. Bamboo's speedy growth, maturing in just 3-5 years, makes it a game-changer. One hectare of our beloved bamboo can soak up a whopping 60 tonnes of CO2 per year. Bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource producing 35% more oxygen, and absorbing 30% more carbon than trees! 

In addition to our wonder plant bamboo, we have a charity partnership with WWF, a charity whose ethos aligns with our mission of creating a healthier and more sustainable future for all! We have committed to donating £20,000 to WWF to support their global conservation work and together create a lasting sustainable impact. Our Supply Chain Matters:

In the world of The Cheeky Panda, it's all about our supply chain. Under the FSC Chain of Custody and Sedex Ethical Scheme, from the hardworking farmers harvesting bamboo to the dedicated individuals on our production line, we're all about looking out for our crew. Our FSC certified supply chain means our bamboo comes from only sustainably managed sources, so future generations can enjoy the goodness of bamboo for many years to come.

We're proud to be B Corp-certified. This means we always aim to balance profits with purpose and do some good in this world! From charity partnerships, to making sure we treat our planet and people with love and respect. The Cheeky Panda was founded on the basis that we need to help preserve our planet and use renewable, sustainable alternatives to traditional raw materials. We ARE the change we wish to see in the world.
